Tracy Wegman is directing A Trip To Walgreens by Deborah Tragasz for Short Attention Span Theatre in July. She will be at Scene One on Wednesday, June 15 at 6:30 PM to audition actors for the piece. A Trip To Walgreens is a serious and poignant piece that features 2 females; ages late teens to early 20’s.

Stay tuned as other directors post their casting needs for SAST in July. Performance dates are July 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, and 22, 2022. Interested actors would obviously be needed for those dates as well as July 10 through 13. Prior to July 10th rehearsals are scheduled based on the availability of directors and actors. If you are a new face to Scene One this is a good opportunity to be seen. Show up at Scene One on June 15th with a monologue or a piece of any kind to read (memorized or not). Just having you speak in front of us is a way for us to get to know you. You will also have an opportunity to read from the SAST scripts.

In addition to SAST in July we will also be having performances of original works in November of this year. As artistic director of Scene One, Mark will keep actors in mind for future projects. Thank you!
