Auditions for SAST aka SHORT ATTENTION SPAN THEATRE, An evening of original, 10 minute plays ( to be presented in July) will be held on Wednesday evening, June 15 at 6:30 PM at Scene One Theatre (623 Ohio Street, JC MO). There are 14 roles available: 9 male (ages 20s to 50s) and 5 female (ages late teens to 30s). Please see the below info for commitment requirements. We hope to see you there!!!!!

Performance dates are July 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, and 22, 2022. Interested actors would obviously be needed for those dates as well as July 10 through 13. Prior to July 10th rehearsals are scheduled based on the availability of directors and actors. If you are a new face to Scene One this is a good opportunity to be seen. Show up at Scene One on June 15th with a monologue or a piece of any kind to read (memorized or not). Just having you speak in front of us is a way for us to get to know you. You will also have an opportunity to read from the SAST scripts.

In addition to SAST in July we will also be having performances of original works in November of this year. As artistic director of Scene One I will keep actors in mind for future projects. Thank you!
